PHASE ONE

The Neurodivergent Brain

During this phase we will explore what it means to be neurodivergent. We will learn to challenge the cultural norms of what it means to be a “successful” male and measure success on our own terms.

PHASE TWO

Executive Functions

During this phase we will learn about our executive functions and cultivate an understanding of how our brains work so that we can learn how to work with them.

PHASE THREE

Healthy Habits & Daily Patterns

During this stage we will explore common challenges neurodivergent men face in their day to day lives and develop healthier and sustainable habits in order to thrive in a world not made for their brains.
